Upgrade your license
The user-friendly platform offered by Stripe, which serves as Folgo's payment gateway, provides a convenient and effortless means to effectively manage changes to your subscription plan.
Within Folgo you can choose between three types of plans Light, Standard, and Heavy. Each one comes with its own benefits. As you can see in the table below :
Note :
With a light plan, you are limited to 10k files per copy, with the other subscription plans you can go up to 400k.
Update your Plan
1. Click this link to access your Folgo Customer Portal (subscription page).
2. Choose your account linked with the one on which your Folgo subscription is
3. From the current plan section click on Update plan
4. You can then choose to choose your plan according to your needs :
In the Quantity section, you can manage the number of licenses you want.
On the top, you can choose to pass to a Yearly subscription
Using the selects buttons you can change your plan to Standard from Light for instance
